Privacy policy

1. Controller

The controller is Datar Prosta Spółka Akcyjna, ul. Drwęcka 18/30, 04-393 Warszawa, Poland, KRS 0001149989, NIP 1133156500. Data questions: [email protected] or by post to the registered office.

2. What data

Your request, photos, measurements, email or phone and name if you give them; for orders also full name, delivery address, invoice and payment details; our correspondence; technical data described in section 7.

3. Purposes and legal bases

• Replying, quoting and designing at your request, making and delivering an order, complaints: Article 6(1)(b) GDPR.
• Accounting and tax duties: Article 6(1)(c) GDPR.
• Establishing and defending claims, site security and spam protection, visit statistics: our legitimate interest, Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.

Giving data is voluntary, but without contact details we can't reply and without an address and invoice details we can't fulfil an order. We don't make automated decisions or profile you.

4. Recipients

• Cloudflare (hosting, request and photo database in the EU, email forwarding, statistics), as our processor.
• Google (the mailbox that receives requests and correspondence).
• AI tool providers we use for design: only the description, measurements and photos, without contact details, on services that don't train models on this data.
• Carriers, our bank or payment provider, our accountant.
• Public authorities where the law requires.

Cloudflare and Google may transfer data to the USA under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses.

5. How long

• Requests without an order: 12 months after our last contact.
• Orders: until claims are time-barred; accounting records 5 years from the end of the tax year.
• Raw statistics: up to 3 months.

6. Your rights

You can ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction and portability, and object to processing based on legitimate interest. Write to [email protected]. You can complain to the Polish data protection authority (Prezes UODO, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warszawa) or the authority in your country.

7. Statistics, cookies and device storage

We use no cookies. Statistics count visits without storing IP addresses: the visitor identifier is hashed and changes daily. You can turn them off with the button in the footer; we then store that choice in your browser's localStorage. Cloudflare processes IP addresses transiently to serve the site and protect it from attacks.
